Il campionamento per l’analisi multiresiduale delle olive da tavola, consiste nella raccolta di una quantità rappresentativa di alimento da analizzare.
Cosa ti occorre?
- 1 busta in plastica;
- guanti monouso.
Esecuzione del prelievo
- Raccolta del campione: utilizzando i guanti sterili, raccogliere nella busta in plastica, 250gr di campione omogeneo e rappresentativo.
- Etichettatura contenitori: etichettare la busta con le informazioni del prelievo ( matrice, identificazione campione, finalità, data e ora);
- Preparazione pacco: preparare il pacco, inserendo il campione in un cartone o in una busta;
- Conservazione campioni : preservare la qualità del campione, impedendo le contaminazioni, fino all’arrivo del corriere.
* Assicurarsi che il campione raccolto non sia sporco di terra, senza sciacquarlo sotto l’acqua.

Il campionamento può essere effettuato in autonomia, prestando attenzione e seguendo le istruzioni indicate. Il laboratorio infatti, può garantire la qualità dell’analisi ma non può escludere vizi colposi o dolosi effettuati durante la fase di campionamento.
Se necessiti di una figura tecnica per campionare questa analisi, scegli l’opzione in fase di check-out.
Se i risultati delle analisi non sono soddisfacenti, possono essere adottate le seguenti azioni:
- Isolamento e identificazione della fonte: si indaga sull’origine dei residui di pesticidi e si Identifica se sono derivanti da pratiche agricole, trattamenti inappropriati o altri fattori.
- Sospensione della vendita: si sospendere temporaneamente la vendita dei prodotti contaminati fino a quando il problema non sarà risolto. Questo è importante per evitare che i consumatori siano esposti a rischi potenziali.
- Ricerca delle cause: si analizzano le pratiche agricole, l’uso di pesticidi, le condizioni climatiche e altre variabili che potrebbero aver contribuito alla presenza di contaminanti.
- Modifiche alle pratiche agricole: si rivedono le tue pratiche agricole, inclusa la scelta dei pesticidi, le dosi e i tempi di applicazione.
- Pianificazione di misure correttive: si implementano misure per ridurre o eliminare la presenza di residui di pesticidi. Queste misure potrebbero includere il riorientamento dei trattamenti, l’uso di pesticidi alternativi o il miglioramento delle tecniche di applicazione.
- Monitoraggio continuo: si eseguono analisi regolari per monitorare l’efficacia delle misure correttive e per verificare che i livelli di contaminazione siano tornati nei limiti consentiti.
