Cosa devi sapere?
Il campionamento per l’analisi multiresiduale dell’uva, consiste nella raccolta di una quantità rappresentativa di alimento da analizzare.
Cosa ti occorre?
- 1 busta in plastica;
- guanti monouso.
Esecuzione del prelievo
- Raccolta del campione: utilizzando i guanti sterili, raccogliere 2 kg d’uva , in 15 punti differenti del terreno ed inserirli nella busta in plastica.
- Etichettatura contenitori: etichettare la busta con le informazioni del prelievo ( matrice, identificazione campione, finalità, data e ora);
- Preparazione pacco: preparare il pacco, inserendo il campione in un cartone o in una busta;
- Conservazione campioni : preservare la qualità del campione, impedendo le contaminazioni, fino all’arrivo del corriere.
* Assicurarsi che il campione raccolto non sia sporco di terra, senza sciacquarlo sotto l’acqua.
Quando effettuarla
L’analisi multiresiduale dell’uva può essere effettuata in diversi momenti:
- Durante la produzione: per verificare che i produttori seguano le pratiche agricole corrette e che i residui chimici siano entro i limiti di sicurezza.
- Durante la trasformazione: per verificare che i processi di trasformazione non influiscano negativamente sulla qualità e la sicurezza degli alimenti.
- Durante la commercializzazione: per verificare che i produttori e i distributori rispettino i requisiti di legge e che i residui chimici siano entro i limiti di sicurezza.
- Durante i controlli ufficiali: per verificare che gli alimenti siano sicuri per il consumo umano e che siano conformi alle norme e ai regolamenti nazionali e internazionali.

Il campione NON PUO’ essere effettuato in autonomia, va eseguito da un tecnico esperto, affinché abbia valore legale. Il laboratorio infatti, può garantire la qualità dell’analisi ma non può escludere vizi colposi o dolosi effettuati durante la fase di campionamento.
Le analisi senza valore legale, non possono essere utilizzate ai fini del rilascio di certificati di idoneità. Se non sei un Tecnico esperto o non disponi di questa figura, ma necessiti di una certificazione con valore legale chiedi informazioni a info@aracelaboratori.it.
Se i risultati delle analisi non sono soddisfacenti, possono essere adottate le seguenti azioni:
- Rimozione dal mercato: il prodotto alimentare contaminato può essere rimosso dal mercato per garantire la sicurezza dei consumatori.
- Richiamo: il produttore o il distributore possono effettuare un richiamo volontario del prodotto per evitare ulteriori rischi per la salute umana.
- Indagini: possono essere avviate indagini per determinare la fonte della contaminazione e prevenire futuri casi simili.
- Modifiche delle pratiche agricole o dei processi produttivi: il produttore o il distributore possono implementare modifiche alle pratiche agricole o ai processi produttivi per ridurre il rischio di contaminazione.
