L’analisi multiresiduale del Vino mira a determinare la presenza di più residui di sostanze chimiche (come pesticidi, antibiotici, metalli pesanti, etc.) in un campione. Questo metodo utilizza tecniche di spettrometria di massa e altre tecnologie avanzate per garantire la sensibilità e la precisione dei risultati dei test.

Cosa devi sapere?

Il campionamento per l’analisi multiresiduale del vino, consiste nella raccolta di una quantità rappresentativa di composto da analizzare.

Cosa ti occorre?

  • 1 contenitore sterile.

Esecuzione del prelievo

  1. Raccolta del campione: utilizzando i guanti sterili, raccogliere 200 ml di campione nel contenitore sterile e richiuderlo.
  2. Etichettatura contenitori: etichettare il contenitore con le informazioni del prelievo ( matrice, identificazione campione, finalità, data e ora);
  3. Preparazione pacco: preparare il pacco, inserendo il campione in un cartone o in una busta da spedizione;
  4. Conservazione campioni : preservare la qualità del campione conservandolo in un luogo asciutto ed impedendo le contaminazioni, fino all’arrivo del corriere.

* Assicurarsi che il campione raccolto non sia sporco di terra, senza sciacquarlo sotto l’acqua.

L’analisi multiresiduale del vino  viene solitamente eseguita prima della commercializzazione per garantire che rispetti i limiti di residui chimici stabiliti dalle normative vigenti. Questa analisi, oltre ad essere importante per la conformità normativa, tutela la salute umana affinché il vino sia privo di contaminanti chimici dannosi.

Il campionamento per questa analisi può essere effettuato in autonomia, prestando particolare attenzione alle istruzioni indicate. Il laboratorio infatti,  può garantire la qualità dell’analisi ma non può escludere vizi colposi o dolosi effettuati durante la fase di campionamento.
