Cosa devi sapere?
Effettua il prelievo del campione utilizzando il kit che ti invieremo al momento dell’acquisto.
Composizione kit : contenitore sterile, guanti monouso.
Il campionamento per l’analisi multiresiduale del terreno consiste nella raccolta di rappresentative quantità di terreno per la successiva analisi in laboratorio. Il processo include i seguenti passaggi:
- Determinazione del sito: scelta delle aree che si desidera analizzare in base alla loro posizione, uso del suolo, etc.
- Definizione dei punti di campionamento: identificazione dei punti in cui prelevare i campioni di terreno.
- Raccolta dei campioni: utilizzo di attrezzi come la vanga o il bastone di scavo per raccogliere il terreno in contenitori sigillati.
- Chiusura del contenitore : Chiudere il contenitore e compilare l’etichetta indicando indicando il nome, la data e l’ora del prelievo.
- Prenotazione ritiro: effettuato il campionamento, puoi prenotare il ritiro scrivendo una mail ad ……….. con oggetto “ritiro campione” avendo cura di specificare l’indirizzo del ritiro.
- Trasporto del campione: Conserva il campione in un luogo fresco e asciutto, preservandone la qualità ed impedirne le contaminazioni, fino all’arrivo del corriere.
- Analisi e risultati : effettueremo l’analisi del campione, comunicando i risultati nella tua area riservata del nostro sito.
Il processo di campionamento, affinché l’analisi abbia valore legale, deve essere effettuato da un Tecnico esperto e qualificato, seguendo rigorose procedure per garantire che i risultati dell’analisi siano affidabili e rappresentativi della composizione del terreno.

L’analisi multiresiduale del terreno può essere effettuata in diverse situazioni, tra cui:
- Valutazione del rischio ambientale: prima dello sviluppo di una nuova area o di una riconversione del suolo, per determinare la presenza di eventuali contaminanti e valutare i rischi per la salute umana e l’ambiente.
- Gestione dei rifiuti: per valutare la qualità del terreno nei siti di gestione dei rifiuti, ad esempio discariche, per verificare la presenza di contaminanti e la loro concentrazione.
- Monitoraggio ambientale: durante o dopo l’attività industriale o mineraria, per verificare la presenza di contaminanti e la loro concentrazione nel terreno e nell’acqua sotterranea.
- Rilascio immobiliare: per verificare la qualità del terreno in aree destinate alla costruzione, prima del loro rilascio per la vendita o la locazione.
- Analisi di siti contaminati: per valutare l’efficacia delle attività di bonifica in siti contaminati e determinare la presenza di eventuali residui di contaminanti.

Il campione NON PUO’ essere effettuato in autonomia, va eseguito da un tecnico esperto, affinché abbia valore legale. Il laboratorio infatti, può garantire la qualità dell’analisi ma non può escludere vizi colposi o dolosi effettuati durante la fase di campionamento.
Le analisi senza valore legale, non possono essere utilizzate ai fini del rilascio di certificati di idoneità. Se non sei un Tecnico esperto o non disponi di questa figura, ma necessiti di una certificazione con valore legale chiedi informazioni a info@aracelaboratori.it.
Se i risultati dell’analisi multiresiduale non sono soddisfacenti , è necessario che personale altamente qualificato, intraprenda delle azioni seguendo rigorose procedure per garantire la protezione della salute umana e dell’ambiente come :
- Valutazione dei rischi: valutare l’impatto dei contaminanti sulle fonti d’acqua, sulla salute umana e sull’ambiente, e prendere decisioni informate sulle misure da adottare.
- Gestione dei rifiuti: rimuovere i rifiuti contaminati in modo sicuro e responsabile, seguendo le leggi e i regolamenti applicabili.
- Bonifica del sito: se necessario, eseguire la bonifica del sito per rimuovere i contaminanti e ripristinare la qualità del terreno.
- Monitoraggio continuo: monitorare regolarmente la qualità del terreno e dell’acqua sotterranea per garantire che i contaminanti siano stati rimossi e che non vi siano ulteriori rischi per la salute umana e l’ambiente.
- Comunicazione: comunicare i risultati dell’analisi e le azioni intraprese alle autorità competenti, ai vicini e a qualsiasi altra persona o ente interessato.
