L’analisi multiresiduale del terreno analizza la composizione del terreno e determina la presenza di eventuali contaminanti. Questa analisi può essere effettuata combinando dati geofisici, chimici e biologici per fornire una visione completa della qualità del terreno.

Cosa devi sapere?

Il campionamento per l’analisi multiresiduale del terreno consiste nella raccolta di rappresentative quantità di terreno setacciato,  in 15 punti diversi dello stesso.

Cosa ti occorre?

  • busta in plastica
  • pala
  • cazzuola
  • telo in plastica
  • setaccio

Per il prelievo :

  • eliminare lo stato superficiale del terreno (circa 20 cm);
  • Prelevare i 15 sottocampioni da 1 kg  in punti diversi del terreno e setacciarli;
  • Stenderli su un telo in plastica e mescolare;
  • Formare un cerchio, dividerlo in 4 parti e scartare le due parti contrapposte;
  • Ripetere l’operazione fino all’ottenimento di 2 kg per il campione da inviare.

Successivamente 

  1. Etichettatura campione: etichettare la busta con le informazioni del prelievo ( matrice, identificazione campione, finalità, data e ora);
  2. Preparazione pacco: preparare il pacco, inserendo il campione in un cartone o in una busta;
  3. Conservazione campioni : preservare la qualità del campione, impedendo le contaminazioni, fino all’arrivo del corriere.

L’analisi multiresiduale del terreno può essere effettuata in diverse situazioni, tra cui:

  1. Valutazione del rischio ambientale: prima dello sviluppo di una nuova area o di una riconversione del suolo, per determinare la presenza di eventuali contaminanti e valutare i rischi per la salute umana e l’ambiente.
  2. Gestione dei rifiuti: per valutare la qualità del terreno nei siti di gestione dei rifiuti, ad esempio discariche, per verificare la presenza di contaminanti e la loro concentrazione.
  3. Monitoraggio ambientale: durante o dopo l’attività industriale o mineraria, per verificare la presenza di contaminanti e la loro concentrazione nel terreno e nell’acqua sotterranea.
  4. Rilascio immobiliare: per verificare la qualità del terreno in aree destinate alla costruzione, prima del loro rilascio per la vendita o la locazione.
  5. Analisi di siti contaminati: per valutare l’efficacia delle attività di bonifica in siti contaminati e determinare la presenza di eventuali residui di contaminanti.

Il campionamento, va eseguito da un tecnico esperto, affinché abbia valore legale. Il laboratorio infatti,  può garantire la qualità dell’analisi ma non può escludere vizi colposi o dolosi effettuati durante la fase di campionamento.

Le analisi senza valore legale, non possono essere utilizzate ai fini del rilascio di certificati di idoneità. Se non sei un Tecnico esperto o non disponi di questa figura, ma necessiti di una certificazione con valore legale chiedi informazioni a info@aracelaboratori.it.

Se i risultati dell’analisi multiresiduale non sono soddisfacenti , è necessario che personale altamente qualificato, intraprenda delle azioni seguendo rigorose procedure per garantire la protezione della salute umana e dell’ambiente come :

  1. Valutazione dei rischi: valutare l’impatto dei contaminanti sulle fonti d’acqua, sulla salute umana e sull’ambiente, e prendere decisioni informate sulle misure da adottare.
  2. Gestione dei rifiuti: rimuovere i rifiuti contaminati in modo sicuro e responsabile, seguendo le leggi e i regolamenti applicabili.
  3. Bonifica del sito: se necessario, eseguire la bonifica del sito per rimuovere i contaminanti e ripristinare la qualità del terreno.
  4. Monitoraggio continuo: monitorare regolarmente la qualità del terreno e dell’acqua sotterranea per garantire che i contaminanti siano stati rimossi e che non vi siano ulteriori rischi per la salute umana e l’ambiente.
  5. Comunicazione: comunicare i risultati dell’analisi e le azioni intraprese alle autorità competenti, ai vicini e a qualsiasi altra persona o ente interessato.
